Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Vodka
- 3/4 oz. Honey syrup (50/50 honey & warm water)
- 3/4 oz. Lime Juice
- 2 oz. fresh Beet juice
- Dash of Sugar
- Rosemary sprig
- Dry Ice, for effect
Directions
- Combine vodka, honey syrup, lime juice, and beet juice in shaker tin.
- Add ice and shake.
- Strain into low ball glass.
- Add dry ice for effect.
- Garnish with rosemary sprig.
